I am a recent graduate of The University of Derby, where I studied BA Fine art. Throughout my course my practice has explored themes of presence, absence and time.

I am a multimedia artist who draws inspiration for the intricacies of everyday life within the National Forest. Observing closely the beauty of each passing season.

This work often combines traditional studio print techniques with contemporary media supported by digital printing technologies. The potential to explore and extend new boundaries is greatly enhanced and often provides new and exciting challenges.

My work addresses the relationships between 2D and 3D, negative and positive, figuration and abstraction combined with structure and tone. An underlying concept is that of optical illusion – taking an image, dissecting it, and then putting it back together in a distorted manner.

Sarah’s work seeks to question or disrupt habitual perspectives through the liminality of objects, materials and spaces she creates.

Nic’s work is centred on the beauty and interest to be found in the apparently ordinary and everyday and often originates from drawings made from life in the sketchbooks he always carries with him.

Molly Wallis is a painter and printmaker living in Suffolk with a First Class BA Hons degree in Painting. She has always been absorbed by nature, landscape and memories, whether it be from growing up in rural Norfolk, to living in Australia and on the edge of the Peak District or exploring her late father’s home in the vast landscapes of Montana.

I am inspired by the Yorkshire coast and Sheffield itself, with its industrial heritage, parks and surrounding landscape. I also love to illustrate stories poems and fables.

I have focussed on relief prints as well as etching and lately, wood engraving.

I am a Leicester-based artist exploring printmaking, focussing on the Gelli plate. In this body of work I have explored using a variety of leaves and flowers focussing on layering acrylics to build a vibrant colour palette.
