Geraldine Yvonne Smith

I am an artist printmaker who combines traditional printmaking techniques to create vibrant layered images. I often embellish a printed image with stencilling, stitch , collage, embosssing and triple-viscosity inking in varying degrees to produce one-off artworks. I either work on fabriano or japanese papers or on three dimensional silk wrapped deep edge canvases. My images are organic and abstract by design.
