I am a painter and printmaker, a retired art teacher who loves the contrasts between the two disciplines. My printmaking is precise and technical whereas my paintings are loose with free expressive brushstrokes. In my printmaking I love architectural images, our old industrial heritage, and a sense of decay and deterioration.
