PRINTMAKER PROFILE
BIOGRAPHY
I’m fascinated by urban and industrial landscapes, Waiting, Baker Street is part of a project to paint ,draw and print all 27 stations on the Inner loop of the Circle Line Underground, it all started and ended at Baker Street and became a year long project , finished in January 2026, also includes Notting Hill Gat linocut as part of the series.
From initial visits the designs were worked up at my studio space in Longport, Stoke on Trent My studio space suits the industrial aesthetic, being an old brass foundry which overlooks the Trent and Mersey Canal, and the remains of a teapot factory.this is depicted in my View over Longport lino cut.
Lino print is a fantastic medium to portray industrial scenes with its direct style and feel.
