Pamela Mulholland

PRINTMAKER PROFILE

BIOGRAPHY

Pam first got a taste for art when she tried a few courses in St Ives, Cornwall. There seemed to be a correlation between her need to create and the need to de-stress from a rewarding but challenging career. The more she explored, the stronger the urge became to immerse herself in the art world, where she could be free to develop and live in a new way.

The sense that there was more to life to reach out and grab. So Pam took the plunge, left her career and studied fine art printmaking at Curwen Print Study Centre, graduating in 2022. She pulls her inspiration from the St Ives Art movement, her surroundings in Epping Forest and what life throws at her. She plays across print processes, styles and palettes revelling in all the possibilities print has to offer.

She is self employed and now works full time developing her printmaking and art practice in Epping. Her work has been included in numerous exhibitions including the Derby Print Open since 2023, The St Ives Society of Artists, The Harlow Open, The Letchworth Open since 2023 and tow solo exhibitions in the historic St Ives Arts Club.
