Nic Hill

My practice is processled and explores the interplay between shape, humanmade structures and natural phenomena. My recent work moves between abstraction and representation, using architecture, landscape and organic form as recurring reference points. Over the past year I have experimented with colour and a range of printmaking techniques to test what can be achieved through layering, reduction and reworking, allowing material behaviour and  chance to inform each piece.
