Jean Edwards

I am a printmaker, collage artist and urbansketcher working from my kitchen and spare bedroom in Abington, Northampton. As a printmaker I make collagraph prints using found and recycled materials. These are inspired by the local landscape and buildings as well as responding to the natural world and weather. I enjoy trying out printmaking processes including using a Gelli Plate to create collage materials.

I have recently exhibited at the Derby Print Open; Art in the Park in Abington Park Museum; Artworks and the KDAS Open in Kettering; the Rugby Open 25; the Southbank Miniprint exhibition and the Northampton Town and County exhibition 2025. In 2025 I met a personal challenge to make a print inspired by each full moon.
