Steve Millward was born in Wordsley in 1974 and still lives locally in Stourbridge. Steve is a self-taught artist and takes inspiration from the natural scenes surrounding him, whether this be the fall of light, the changing of the seasons or the sense of scale and depth of a landscape. He takes reference photos and sketches of local scenes and in his small studio he turns these into either paintings or original limited edition prints, all prints are printed entirely by hand.

Steve is an active member in many local art groups and in 2017 was elected as an associate member of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists. He exhibits in numerous group exhibitions locally and various open exhibition throughout the UK.
